Logistic Support

In terms of logistics analyses, configuration, technical documentation:
forms for visual inspection both mechanical and electrical, single load tests, sequential load tests, pre-start-up instructions, start-up instructions, operations manuals, trouble- shooting diagrams, drafting of technical and purchasing specifications.

Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities.

Programmed diagnostic manuals organized for graphic Data Base and supported by video recordings; sequences of assembly/disassembly/maintenance equipment.

Spare Parts

Our technical-sales organization can supply the hydraulic and pneumatic components of various manufacturers, both national and foreign, with whom we have agency or multi-year collaboration relationships.
Detailed list of recommended spare parts, both Onboard and Ashore, for all systems supplied by us, complete with NATO codification where requested.

Service

Prompt assistance service for urgent interventions (on board maintenance) and/or scheduled maintenance (equipment maintenance): combined with the availability of our warehouse, this allows us to deal with urgent demands.

In addition, we can set up an online support service which allows rapid contact with staff on board ship for online assistance via PC and web-cam.

Training

Seguiamo i ns clienti anche dopo la consegna degli impianti e li formiamo con corsi di formazione dedicati alla funzionalità dell’impianto, manutenzioni ordinarie e straordinarie.
Abbiamo tenuto corsi anche agli Ufficiali della Marina Militare Indiana, Egiziana e degli Emirati Arabi Uniti.
